These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Finology platform at stockworldcup.org. By registering an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Finology provides a simulated stock trading competition platform. All trading activity on the platform uses virtual currency and does not involve real money, real securities transactions, or actual investment accounts. Finology is not a broker, investment advisor, or financial institution. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to verify user eligibility and terminate accounts that do not comply.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Each competition on the platform has specific rules published at the time of registration. You agree to compete fairly and in good faith. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: using automated trading bots not expressly permitted by competition rules, manipulating competition outcomes through coordinated account activity, and creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair competitive advantage.
Violations may result in disqualification from competitions, account suspension, or permanent termination.
All content on the Finology platform — including the AI models, scoring algorithms, platform design, and published articles — is owned by Finology and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform content without written permission.
Virtual currency and competition rankings have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, or transferred. Past competition performance does not indicate or guarantee future investment success. Leaderboard standings are for competitive purposes only.
We aim to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend the platform for maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for competition results affected by planned or unplanned downtime.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant the accuracy of market data, AI analysis outputs, or competition scoring. Use of platform features for real investment decisions is entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by Korean law, Finology and its directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including any real-world investment decisions influenced by platform content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Korea.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
